Shipping
Shipping In Canada
We ship Expedited Parcel via Canada Post. Toronto-area orders are usually received in 2 business days; the rest of Ontario 2–4 days and out of province 4–6 business days. Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days of receipt. If you are trying to meet a pending birthday or holiday deadline, please contact us directly to discuss options for faster delivery. We cannot guarantee delivery times once parcel is in the hands of Canada Post.
Free Shipping In Canada
Every purchase over $150, before taxes, will ship for free within Canada. Free shipping only applies on delivery to a single Canadian address.
Pick Up (Toronto orders)
If you live in Toronto and wish to arrange to pick up your order from Beadle (1582 Dundas West – near Dufferin – www.beadlestore.com) then enter coupon code ‘pick up’ and shipping charges will be removed from your order. Please note, you must pick up your order within 2 weeks. We will confirm by email when your order is ready for pick up.
Shipping to the United States
Orders to the States are shipped within 7 days via Canada Post’s Expedited Service and generally arrive within 6–14 days, depending on location and customs/border delays. Please contact us directly if you would like to arrange to have your order shipped by faster/alternative means.
All other International Shipping
Please contact us for a quote on shipping costs and expected delivery times.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs and duties charges may be calculated by the destination country. Fancy Pants Kids is not responsible for any such charges or potential delays in delivery caused by customs clearance.

Fancy Pants Kids collects your personal contact information for the purposes of processing and completing your order. We will NOT sell, trade or share your personal information with any other party.

Currency
All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Sales Tax
All Canadian orders will be charged 5% G.S.T.
Orders placed from Ontario will be charged 8% P.S.T.
Orders placed from Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Newfoundland will be charged 13% H.S.T.
There will be no taxes charged on US or International orders.
Coupon Codes
If you have a coupon code, you must enter it at the time of purchase. Fancy Pants Kids is not able to discount orders after the order has been processed.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Fancy Pants Kids. We will accept returns and issue a full refund (no refund on shipping fees) within 14 days of purchase as long as the item is in new and sellable condition. Please email us prior to shipping back your return with your order number and reason for return. Our 14 day return/exchange policy applies only to purchases made directly from Fancy Pants Kids. If you purchased our merchandise from a retailer, please return it to your point of purchase.
You may exchange product for different colour, size or style within 14 days of purchase, provided returned product is unused, unwashed and sellable. Shipping costs will apply.

The cornerstone value of this company is quality. Our products are designed and made with great attention to good workmanship and longevity. If you encounter a flaw in workmanship (ie: stitching) within the first 3 months, please contact us immediately and we will repair or replace (at our discretion and at our expense) the item right away!
Our goal is to produce quality play garments that will stand up to everyday play and last to be handed along to another child. If you feel that you have purchased a product that is not fulfilling on that promise, please contact us! We value your feedback and if we find that the product has failed to meet up to our standards, we will replace the product or credit you (at our discretion). Our ‘Made to Last’ guarantee is limited to one year from purchase.
